Hey, loves! YES, surprise! I do actually have an outtake for you this week, haha. I know, you’ve been so patiently waiting for me to get back to doing these and I am working on that. Part of it also is just me wanting to write these sorts of things when so much of my creative energy is currently going into my work in progress releases. They take two different headspaces and lately it’s been harder for me to shut one off and turn the other one on. If that makes sense. BUT ANYWAY. Yes, we do have an outtake this week. I am not promising outtakes every Friday (and this week you’re getting an outtake on Thursday because tomorrow is a special day for Pretty Lies) but I’m not saying that won’t happen sometimes, too. Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020 … Welcome back to the blog, loves! And yet another installment of my year in review for the BK-verse and what to expect in the coming new year from me writing-wise. I have tried to do one of these for every new year that I have been in this game, if that’s what we wanna call it, but this was the first year I really considered not doing it. Not because 2019 was a bad year on my publishing/writing side of things. Quite the contrary as this has been the best year, on paper. All this work I did, it led me to a year beyond my wildest imagination and I am more grateful than you will ever know because I can’t form the right words to express my gratitude. But thank you. Before I say anything else, thank you for getting me to where I am right now. My readers are the best readers – I will say it until I no longer can – you are the best readers. Thank you for being mine. So, this post might get a little long. Or it might not. Who knows? I never do. Sorry, not really sorry...

Hey, loves! So, surprise! I did get the chance to sit down and write this outtake. LOL, that's a lie. I just wrote it this morning after I dropped the boys off on the bus because to be honest, it's the only time I had to do so but also ... I really wasn't in the mood to write this week. I am supposed to be taking time off, after all. And that is still the plan. Just a reminder for anyone who might have missed it - this is the last post on the blog this month. I will return next month to drop the ebook of The Twins blog series as well as my end of the year/what to expect in the next year post. But other than that, the blog will remain mostly inactive throughout January (and possibly into February, just depends on how much of my work I am able to knock out of the park). Welcome back to the blog - it's outtake day! Just as a heads up, this is the final outtake this month, and also for next. I'll go into that a bit more in an upcoming post, but I will be taking the rest of December as well as January off from the blog other than a couple of posts - The last chapter of The Twins, the files for that ebook, and my end of year/new year post.  There is a chance I may post an outtake next week if I get the chance to write it over the coming week as there is an outtake I was inspired to write from a reader, so I am not making promises as my next 2 weeks are going to be CRAZY town, but ... possibly one more outtake this month.  However , I have deadlines to focus on for the next little while and this is one distraction I could cut to be able to do that. Plus, I kinda wanna plan some stuff for the blog, so this time will give me a chance to get ahead in that. BUT - back to the last Christmas outtake of the month. Do enjoy. And Merry Christmas. Hey, loves! Just a heads up about this month's outtakes - I asked in my READER GROUP - what Christmas themed outtakes they would like to see/from whom. And so, this created a big list, as it usually does, and I picked two from the pile to write for. There will only be two outtakes this month as I am taking from mid-December, through January off from the blog.  No worries - I will be posting the second outtake next week, and finishing up The Twins.
